   • Updating calendars and reminding about schedules

3. Document Management:

   • Categorizing and archiving documents
   • Preparing and organizing required reports and documents

4. Administrative Support

   • Performing daily administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, and printing documents
   • Ordering and maintaining necessary office supplies

5. Internal and External Communications

   • Establishing and maintaining communications with clients and colleagues
   • Collaborating with other company departments to perform administrative duties
